Wolves winger Michael Kightly was impressed by new teammate Roger Johnson after their friendly loss to Crewe.
Johnson made his first appearance for Wolves since completing his move from Birmingham and Knightly thinks he will prove to be a tremendous acquisition.
"We know Roger's a top player," he said.
"He's had two good years in the Premier League with Birmingham and he's a great addition to the club.
"He's an ambitious person and a good character and hopefully he can help us push on."
