Dean Kiely is staying with West Bromwich Albion - as coach.
West Brom have confirmed Kiely will no longer be registered as a player next season - but will be kept on to continue his coaching duties.
Kiely, who was handed a one-year playing deal last summer, was only once named in the 18-man matchday squad - standing in as a substitute for a sick Scott Carson in Roy Hodgson's opening game against Wolves.
He now stays as a permanent goalkeeper coach.
