Dean Kiely is delighted his decision to join West Brom has been justified with promotion back to the Premiership.

The 37 year-old goalkeeper said: It's worked out well. I went there - I had five, six, seven options and I had to make the right decision in terms of what I thought the club I was joining could do.

"For us to go back into the Premier League is rewarding and satisfying, and it tells me I can still make good decisions.

"There are similarities to when I first went up with Charlton as underdogs.

"People are going to question if we are going to stay in the division, but it's a challenge I'm looking forward to."
