Former Ajax and PSV Eindhoven star Wim Kieft admits he's a big fan of Tottenham and their approach to the game.

Kieft enjoys the way Spurs play under manager Mauricio Pochettino and took in their 2-2 draw at Champions League opponents Juventus.

He told De Telegraaf: "A great team to see with players like Christian Eriksen, Mousa Dembele, Harry Kane, Erik Lamela and Dele Alli, but so naive. It is still 'what do we do is play for fun' instead of 'we must win'.

"Individuals such as Eriksen, Dembele and Kane will certainly pick it up. The non-commitment, which Eriksen exuded at Ajax, has disappeared. He has developed everything and is a dominant player at the top level, who plays great and also does a lot of work."

Like Eriksen, Dembele is also a former Eredivisie star and Kieft adds: "He has become so strong, always looks for the solution, is firm, and knows what it's all about at the top. Only he has to master his temper in his game a little better."
