Kewell nets opener as Galatasaray coast in Europe

Harry Kewell was again on the scoresheet for Turkish outfit Galatasaray, netting the opener in last night's Europa League win. Gala were away in Romania to Dinamo Bucuresti and needed a win to progress to the last 32 of the competition and Kewell got them off to the perfect start when he scored in the 22nd minute.

The Australian international received possession about 12 yards before calmly slotting a low right-footed shot to open the account for the evening.

Three minutes later Shabani Nonda made it 2-0 and Mehmet Topal essentially ended the match when he struck in the 55th minute.

The win put Galatasaray on top of the Group F table with three wins and a draw from four outings and booked them a place in the next phase.
