Kevin Wimmer is delighted with his decision to swap Tottenham for Stoke City.
He says Stoke's colours reminded him of old club FC Cologne - his “second home" since leaving Austria - and he admits he might end up back there one day.
Wimmer was speaking from Cologne on a visit there during the international break.
Explaining his move to Stoke, he told express.de: “I thought of the red and white colours right back to FC (Cologne). I have had a positive feeling directly.
“The coach (Mark Hughes) talks a lot with me and I have no problems to find me. It's a great feeling that I can finally show what I have."
