Liverpool are set to upgrade Kevin Stewart's contract.
The Daily Mail says Stewart has been rewarded for his breakthrough under Jurgen Klopp by agreeing a new deal that will keep him at Anfield until 2021.
Stewart, 23, only penned his last contract in February but has since appeared in a dozen first-team matches convincing Klopp and the Anfield hierarchy to improve his terms to reflect his new status.
His contract is one of several that Liverpool are negotiating as they look to the future with highly-rated local youngsters Ben Woodburn and Trent Alexander-Arnold close to confirming their signings.
