Kerim Frei is on the way back at Fulham.

The winger has resumed full sessions at the club's Motspur Park training base and is raring to go to regain his place in the side.

"Last week on Thursday I started training again," he told fulhamfc.com.

"We've been making sure that I didn't come back too fast in case the injury came back. We did some little games on Tuesday - three lots of 20 minutes - and everything was fine so hopefully I will be back in the team soon.

"I missed playing football very much, I missed having the ball at my feet and things like that but I'm very happy to be back and I'm looking forward to playing my part in the season ahead."
