Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown says England must find a set position for Manchester United youngster Phil Jones.

Jones played in midfield against Brazil and Keown told the Daily Mail: "England did not get the best out of Phil Jones in midfield. He did not do enough in possession and when England were trying to get it back he didn't always seem sure where to go.

"He has been rotated a lot in his career and needs to settle on one position.

"Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was more positive when he came on, always looking to go forward, and made a big impact."
