Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown says there can now be no debate about the return to form of Chelsea striker Fernando Torres.
Keown wrote in the Daily Mail: "He is playing with real fire and put in a magnificent performance. Yes, he missed a chance, but he did not let it affect his game. Strikers miss chances every weekend, it's how they respond that matters.
"Torres embarrassed Gael Clichy and tore past him to set up Chelsea's first goal. He then hit the bar with a shot when he had no right to go for goal.
"In the past, Torres would have been off the pitch at the time he scored his goal. But Mourinho showed faith in him by keeping him on until the end. Torres kept chasing the game and it was a goal that showed real desire and belief.
"Mourinho has his striker fired up and we cannot underestimate his influence in the Spaniard's revival."
