Chelsea chief Peter Kenyon is delighted with the start the team has made under new manager Carlo Ancelotti.
He said: "I'm delighted with where we are and think we have had a great start. Carlo has made a big impact already. We are playing good football and it is evident that this team are together and that Carlo has got everybody playing for him."
And Kenyon revealed Chelsea are burning with desire to win both the Premier League and Champions League.
"At this stage of any season we think we can win everything but there is an added edge," Kenyon said. "I was at the Champions League draw with John Terry last week and he made the point that he is fed up with walking past the trophy - he wants to pick up.
"That is the desire we've got at Chelsea. We want to get the Premier League trophy back and we want to have the Champions League trophy for the first time."
