Kenyan whizkid Joshua Otieno was offered trials by Hull City.

The Hull Daily Mail says SportPesa All Stars youngster Otieno was invited to train with Hull City under-18s last week.

After the All Stars fell to a 2-1 defeat on Monday night to a select Hull City XI, all but 16-year-old Otieno have flown back to Kenya.

The midfielder arrived late in the UK as administration issues meant that he could only arrive in England 24 hours before kick-off at the KCOM Stadium, limiting his game time to just a minute.

As such Otieno has been invited to train with Richard O'Donnell and Richard Naylor's under-18s for a week to enhance his experience of England, before catching a flight back home on Sunday.
