For the draw with Manchester City, Matthew Etherington was on the bench, while Jermaine Pennant didn't make the matchday 18.

But Kemp says the two-winger approach remains a viable tactic.

"It will be horses for courses," he told The Sentinel, "so there's no way we won't use both wingers again.

"There will be occasions when they will be at the forefront, it just depends on what is needed."
