Defender Matthew Kemp has signed a new contract with the Melbourne Victory. The club has extended his contract by two years which will see the former Adelaide United player remain at the Victory until he's into his 30s. "It was an easy decision, I never wanted to leave," Kemp told the club's official website. "There was a bit of interest (from other clubs) and that is something worth having a look at but at the end of the day I am really happy that I am staying. "My intention was always to stay here. I really love this club; I think it's the best club in the league so now we have come to an agreement I am really happy with that."
