Fiorentina coach Cesare Prandelli dropped Alberto Gilardino to the bench for their 2-2 draw with Inter Milan.
Prandelli chose to give on-loan Barcelona striker Keirrison his chance and was rewarded with a goal from the Brazilian.
"Gilardino has been playing a great deal recently and Keirrison is in good shape. We also wanted to make the most of the Brazilian's enthusiasm," said Prandelli.
