Robbie Keane admits Tottenham's players let themselves down in their thrashing at Birmingham City.
Juande Ramos made five changes at St Andrews and paid the price as Spurs went down to a 4-1 defeat.
With Birmingham in danger at the bottom end of the table, Ramos' decisions could attract criticism from Blues' relegation rivals.
Keane said: "First and foremost you have to look after yourself as a team. We have some important games coming up.
"But we had players coming in who were quite capable of winning that game - it was disappointing to see."
