Keane taking Sunderland to face old club Cobh Ramblers

Sunderland boss Roy Keane will take his team to face his first club Cobh Ramblers in his team's third Irish pre-season friendly.

Sunderland will play at Turner's Cross, the home of Cork City, on Monday, July 28. The game is expected to be a 8,000 sell-out.

Keane started his career at Ramblers, who gained promotion to the Eircom League of Ireland Premier Division last season, before Brian Clough took him to Nottingham Forest in 1990.
