Manchester United legend Roy Keane has hit out at his old club for devaluing the FA Cup.
Keane collected four winners' medals in his time with United but blames their absence from the 1999-2000 tournament as a major factor in its decline.
United were allowed to skip the cup that year to take part in the inaugural FIFA Club World Championship. Boss Keano takes Ipswich to Southampton for the fourth round tomorrow.
He said: "The cup was damaged a bit, going back to when United pulled out to play in Brazil.
"There were other factors but the magic that was lost for a few years is back now."
