Roy Keane believes Sunderland's youngsters can deliver them a trophy this season.
"Our lads dug deep, they showed good character to win against a good Liverpool side. I am delighted for them and the staff.
"Liverpool knocked out Arsenal in the previous round and they (Arsenal) were apparently clear favourites to win it.
"You would like to think we can win it now. It's the quarter-final and the players will think they are in with a chance - and why not?
"These kids have got to believe they can win it. It's a great competition to win and it would be fantastic if they did.
"But there's a long way to go."
