Keane not going overboard with Ipswich win

Ipswich boss Roy Keane is not getting carried away after his teams 3-1 win over Blackpool. Ipswich moved out of the Championship's bottom three for the first time this season after recording their third win of the campaign.

"We're out of the bottom three and it's a relief, when you've been there since the start of the season," said Keane.

"But it's not something we're proud of. Don't worry - we won't be celebrating.

"We could have won six or 7-1, given the chances we created, especially in the second half.

"They were unbelievable - thank God they didn't cost us otherwise I'd be saying the same things I've been saying for the last few weeks.

"It would have been a nice boost for the players and sent a message out to everyone that we're not such a bad team.

"But let's not get too greedy or selfish. We'll take the three goals and move on."

Town extended their unbeaten run to 10 matches - three wins and seven draws - and Keane added: "It's nice but it's victories we need to move up the table.

"We've dropped some silly points but we're looking a lot more solid and we're getting there."
