Keane enjoying Spurs experience

Tottenham striker Robbie Keane says he is loving life at the club as he prepares to reach a personal milestone.

Keane is in line to make to his 250th appearance for the club in the weekend clash with Middlesbrough.

The Republic of Ireland international has established himself as a firm fans' favourite at White Hart Lane since his arrival from Leeds in 2002 and Keane is determined to prolong his stay in North London.

"I've always said from day one that this was the place I wanted to be and it was a club going in the right direction, a club going places," Keane told the club's official website.

"I wanted to be part of that and I want to continue to be part of it for as long as I can.

"I'm more than at home here and everyone here makes me feel so welcome. As long as I have that, I'll always feel part of the club.

"There's been a few landmarks this season, 100 goals, 250 games, personally it's been a fantastic season for me and winning the Carling Cup capped it off."
