Robbie Keane's future at Tottenham is in serious doubt.

The Daily Mail says Eidur Gudjohnsen's desire to secure a permanent transfer to Tottenham Hotspur has left a question mark over the future of Robbie Keane at White Hart Lane.

Harry Redknapp brought the former Chelsea forward in on loan from Monaco last season and while the Iceland international started only four games scoring two goals, the Spurs manager is keen to bring Gudjohnsen in for at least one more season.

If Gudjohnsen remains at Spurs it would nudge Keane down further down pecking order behind Jermain Defoe, Peter CrouchRoman Pavlyuchenko and, of course, Gudjohnsen.
