Sunderland boss Roy Keane admits he'll be overseeing a mini-clearout when he returns from the club's tour of Ireland.
Graham Kavanagh, Clive Clarke and Tobias Hysen were all left out of the three-match pre-season tour of Ireland. Hysen is interesting former club IFK Gothenburg, while South Shields-born Hull City manager Phil Brown has confirmed he wants to sign midfielder Kavanagh, says The Journal.
"I think there'll be one or two going out before the start of the season," he said. "One or two have fallen behind, one or two have expressed to me that they're not happy but that's the way it is. I won't be ringing up any clubs trying to offload any of my players but I'm well aware we have quality players other clubs are going to be interested in. One or two have already rung me over the last few days."
