Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean feels the club is stronger for their survival campaign.
Kean is delighted with the way his team have gelled together and shown great spirit in the battle to survive.
He said: "I sensed a few weeks ago that we would be okay.
"You don't go up against the likes of Manchester United and Manchester City and perform like that if there is any type of trouble in the camp.
"It's been a bumpy ride the last six months but, in the last nine games, we've managed to get seven positive results.
"We are unbeaten in the last four, we've played against a lot of good teams, not got the points we deserved and showed lots of good performances.
"The group has come together, I'm delighted the way it has gelled.
"We've become a better team, a better club, and I'm delighted for the owners."
