Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean is happy to continue to introduce youngsters to the first team.
Kean's background is in the academy system, though he is not sentimental about giving youth a chance.
He said: "They have to be good enough. It's about results, but if you can get academy players like Jason Lowe, who love the club inside-out, together with the experienced guys, together with the big names, then the blend will be fantastic.
"There will not be too many clubs who have had five players make their debut in just over a year. More than that, five with value so that you are turning down bids for lads who have played only a handful of Premier League games."
