Steve Kean believes Blackburn Rovers fans are now beginning to believe in the club's new owners.
Rovers have brought in Roque Santa Cruz, Jermaine Jones, Mauro Formica and Ruben Rochina, while Chris Samba is set to follow Ryan Nelsen, Jason Roberts and Michel Salgado in signing a new deal.
Kean said: "I think the fans are starting to realise now what's happening here. There was the confusion of a few weeks ago when people weren't sure what was going to happen.
"Maybe fans were worried there was going to be an exodus. But then Ryan, Chris, Michel, Jason have all committed and we've also tied up young Phil Jones.
"They've backed us this month - they've backed us since day one. It's good that we've been able to attract players of this calibre.
"It's probably been a long time since we've been able to get someone from Barcelona and Schalke - Champions League clubs - and someone from Manchester City.
"And there will be more investment, this is not a flash in the pan."
