QPR midfielder Karl Henry admits they're running out of games to stay up.

Henry admits time is fast running out for Chris Ramsey's side with nine games to go.

He said: "We have got leaders in the team and we have got people who can step up and to be fair, it's not all doom and gloom.

"It's a bad result for us and the first half was one to forget. That aside, it's been a decent four or five games without getting the results we have needed.

"We have been playing well and it's about turning performances into results. We are running out of games and we have to make it count."
