Karipdis, 25, insists the training ground changes since the Romania-born Hungarian arrived last week augur well for the new season.
"All managers are different, they all have a different philosophy," the Greek defender said.
"But the new manager works a lot on tactics and organisation.
"We talk to him every day and he is always talking about tactics, for instance what to do when we have the ball and what we do when we have lost the ball.
"He likes to play football from the back and keep the ball on the grass.
"We work every day on these tactics and we are improving every day.
"The players are enjoying the training and I think everyone is happy.
"If the manager and players all stick together then I think we can achieve something."
