Giorgos Karagounis has paid tribute to Fulham fans as he prepares to leave.
The Greece midfielder is expected to quit Fulham this summer after fulfilling a six month deal.
He told fulhamfc.com: "It can be difficult for a player to move to a new country, during my career it's something that I have done a few times," he said. "There's nothing better for a new player to feel accepted and I had that with both the fans and my teammates from the very start. It's something that made me feel very proud.
"I gave 100 per cent every time I put on a Fulham shirt, and that is my way of saying thank you to the fans."
