Nwankwo Kanu wants to continue taking Portsmouth penalties, despite his miss in Saturday's 0-0 draw with Liverpool.

Kanu admitted: "Unfortunately, the goalkeeper guessed the right way. He is the best penalty saver in the Premier League, but next time we get one I'm going to grab the ball again because I'm confident I'll score."

Kanu may have a problem with that, however, because Harry Redknapp said: "We rely on him for his brilliance at holding the ball up but I just didn't fancy him to score, trying to place it like that."
