Kanu believes Portsmouth have the squad depth to cope with their tricky start to the new Premier League season.
With Wednesday's clash with Manchester United kicking off the start of three games in ten days against the top sides, veteran hit-man Kanu is expecting Harry Redknapp to rotate his squad in a bid to keep everyone fresh.
"I don't know how to say it but it's going to be difficult for us," he told Sky Sports News.
"We know it's not going to be easy. The more points we can get from all these games the better for us.
"That's why you have a big team, it helps a lot. Playing three games in a week is not easy.
"Right now we have the squad. I believe he's going to rotate the team to keep everyone fresh so they can give him 100 per cent."
