Nwankwo Kanu is digging in his heels at Portsmouth.
The Sun says Kanu will not take the blame if struggling Portsmouth go bust.
The striker is holding out for £3m he claims he is owed.
His agent Samuel Okoronkwo said: "Kanu resents being described as the main problem. He is offended."
