The Kansas City Wizards are pondering whether or not they should rebrand the club when they move into their new stadium.

The Kansas City Wizards are pondering whether or not they should rebrand the club when they move into their new stadium.

Wizards president Robb Heineman told 810 Sports that the club were weighing up the idea of changing the name of the franchise along with a few other things such as team colours and a new logo for when they move into the Village West stadium in Wyandotte County.

Some examples of what the Wizards could be known as include Sporting Kansas City, 1996 Kansas City, Real Kansas City or Kansas City United.
