Kansas City Wizards midfielder Arnaud added to MLS All-Star Team

Kansas City Wizards Midfielder Davy Arnaud has been selected to his first career MLS All-Star team by Houston Dynamo and 2009 All-Star Head Coach Dominic Kinnear, who completed the All-Star squad with his selections Monday.

The MLS All-Stars take on English Premier League club Everton FC and United States international goalkeeper Tim Howard Wednesday, July 29 at 8:30 p.m. CT at Rio Tinto Stadium, home of Real Salt Lake.

The match will be shown live on ESPN2 and Galavision

The Wizards will host a watch party for the match locally at Fox and Hound in Overland Park, sponsored by Budweiser.

Former English Premier League stars Freddie Ljungberg (Arsenal, West Ham) and Kasey Keller (Tottenham) plus Fulham target Fredy Montero have been included in the squad.

The 2009 MLS All-Star team is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Kasey Keller (Seattle Sounders), Pat Onstad (Houston Dynamo)

Defenders:Geoff Cameron (Houston Dynamo), Wilman Conde (Chicago Fire), Jhon Kennedy Hurtado (Seattle Sounders), Chad Marshall (Columbus Crew)

Midfielders:Davy Arnaud (Kansas City Wizards), Kyle Beckerman (Real Salt Lake), Cuauhtemoc Blanco (Chicago Fire), Brad Davis (Houston Dynamo), Stuart Holden (Houston Dynamo), Shalrie Joseph (New England Revolution), Freddie Ljungberg (Seattle Sounders), Javier Morales (Real Salt Lake)

Forwards: Conor Casey (Colorado Rapids), Brian Ching (Houston Dynamo), Landon Donovan (LA Galaxy), Fredy Montero (Seattle Sounders)
