Kansas City Wizards insists no Premiership offers have arrived for striker Eddie Johnson.

"There's all this stuff going around about opportunities for Eddie," Wizards chief Peter Vermes told the Kansas City Star. "There are about five to seven teams I've heard of now that have deals done with Eddie.

"The same thing happened last June and July. The only thing that actually started toward the process was with Derby County.

"I can tell you, I have not had any official discussions with any team regarding Eddie. That hasn't taken place, and I would be involved."
