Tottenham striker Harry Kane has expressed his pride in becoming the first Tottenham player in 23 years to reach the 30-goal mark in a season.
Kane scored his 30th goal of the season in all competitions in the 3-1 win against Newcastle United on Sunday to become the first Spurs player to achieve the feat since Gary Lineker in 1992.
"I'm very proud but there's still five games left so hopefully I can get a few more goals and it doesn't stop here," Kane said.
"Obviously I'm delighted with the 30 goals but the most important thing is that we keep winning games."
Kane has 19 Premier League goals this term as well as three in the Capital One Cup and seven in the Europa League.
