Kalou likely to depart Chelsea but AVB wants Malouda stay

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas suggests that Salomon Kalou could be on his way out this summer although Florent Malouda should stay.

The Ivory Coast forward comes out of contract at the end of the season and is yet to sign a new deal with the Blues whilst the club is looking to keep French winger Malouda at Stamford Bridge.

"At the moment Kalou is finishing his contract and we haven't decided on further continuity, not me but the football club, and Malouda we have been speaking to and there is interest from both parties to continue with his future but we have to decide at the end of the season," Villas-Boas told the club's official website.

"For the player that he was for this football club, a good servant of the club, and for the match minutes that he has at the moment it's something we have to talk about at the end of the season."
