Blackburn Rovers striker Nikola Kalinic refused to join the squad for their Asian tour last week.
The Mirror says the Croatian wants to leave to join Ukrainian club Dnipro and stayed behind as the squad headed off to Hong Kong.
Kalinic faces a £60,000 fine for his action, but tempers are running high after his camp were ignored as they followed-up his official bid to leave.
Agent Tomislav Erceg said: "Nikola has been disrespected by the club. He tried all day to speak to them about his transfer request.
"We even called India to speak to the owners and to the manager Steve Kean, but no-one would talk to us.
"There is an offer in, and it is worth more than £6million with bonuses.
"Nikola does not want to play for Blackburn again."
