The agent of Croatian striker Nikola Kalinic, Tomislav Erceg, claims his client has agreed a deal with Blackburn Rovers.
Kalinic was recently linked with a move to Portsmouth but Rovers boss Sam Allardyce came in for him when the Pompey move collapsed.
Erceg says the 21-year old Hajduk Split man will become a Blackburn player as soon as he obtains a work permit.
"It is finished, the transfer is completed. Now all Nikola needs is a work permit, which shouldn't be problem," Erceg told Sportske novosti.
Kalinic said he was happy the move had been completed and was looking forward to just playing football.
"I can at last focus on football," he said.
"I want to begin training with my new team as soon as possible and get into top form."
