Kaka has pledged his commitment to AC Milan.
The midfielder has a clause in his deal allowing him to leave Milan in the summer if they do not qualify for the Champions League.
"I am very happy to have reached 300 matches," Kaka told Milan Channel.
"I would like to echo what Mr Galliani just said. The feelings that I have for this club, this shirt, my former teammates and my current teammates are real and from the heart.
"I hope I can make many more appearances. Thank you very much."
