Kaka insists Carlo Ancelotti is the right man in charge at AC Milan.

"Ancelotti is a very good Coach," he told Sky Sport Italia. "He knows how to manage a strong group made up of lots of champions.

"As well as being tactically adept, you also need to know how to deal with the characteristics of the players and Carlo does that well.

"It's fundamental to have a commander who gives you the right instructions to follow so that the team can keep improving and know the direction they are taking."
