Juventus youth chief Vincenzo Chiarenza has backed the club's decision to bring back their young players from their loans this season.

He said: "I think that this year they have amply demonstrated they're players of Serie A quality and I did not have big doubts, even when there were few people who supported them.

"I am convinced these boys like Sebastian Giovinco, Paolo De Ceglie and Claudio Marchisio can play at a high level, including Juve."
