Juventus GM Beppe Marotta has warned Sebastian Giovinco and Stephan Lichtsteiner over their contract demands.
Both players come off contract in June.
Marotta said: "We had contact with Giovinco's agent to see if it's possible to renew on our terms. If we do, good, otherwise... Giovinco has to tell us what he wants.
"Torino? We have not received any offers from Torino for Giovinco, not even over the summer.
"The same goes for Lichtsteiner, as we are negotiating, but do not want to go outside our parameters."
