Juventus want cut-price £7m deal for Southampton's Osvaldo

Italian behemoth Juventus are hoping to sign Dani Osvaldo on the cheap at the end of the season.

The 28-year old Argentine-born Italian striker joined the Bianconeri on loan from Southampton in January after he was involved in an altercation with Saints teammate Jose Fonte.

Osvaldo had cost the Saints for around £13million when he joined from Roma last summer but the south coast club are looking to offload him in the next transfer window.

Juventus have the option to make the loan deal permanent for £15m this offseason but The Mirror suggests that the Old Lady of Turin are hoping to get him for closer to £7m.

Since arriving at the Juventus Stadium, former Fiorentina, Bologna and Espanyol attacker Osvaldo has made eight Serie A appearances for no goals and five outings in the Europa League, scoring on two occasions.
