Juventus are pushing to include a buyout clause in Antonio Conte's new contract.

Sportmediaset says talks have begun between Juve and Conte over a new deal, with the coach seeking a pay-hike from €3 million-a-year to €5 million-a-year - making him the highest paid trainer in Italy.

Juve, aware of interest from Real Madrid and Chelsea in recent months, are pushing to insert a buyout clause in Conte's new deal.

After seeing Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich meet Andre Villas-Boas' €15 million clause in Porto's deal, Juve want Conte to agree a €20 million buyout option in his new deal.
