Juventus wait for Conte nod to go for Man City firebrand Balotelli

Juventus board members are discussing an audacious move to bring Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli back to Italy. Former Inter Milan forward Balotelli has been a target for city rivals AC Milan.

However, Mediaset says Juve chiefs are now preparing a bid for the Italy international, who they see as a more affordable striker target than Luis Suarez (Liverpool) and Edin Dzeko (Manchester City).

Any final decision over Balotelli will be left to Juve coach Antonio Conte.
