Juventus want first refusal on Napoli midfielder Marek Hamsik.
Controcampo says Juve are willing to send Almiron on-loan to Napoli with the option of a permanent deal. However, the Bianconeri will insist on first refusal on the highly-rated Hamsik as part of the agreement.
