Juventus are eyeing Zenit St Petersburg defender Fernando Meira.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Juve are chasing the 32 year-old Portugal international for the winter market.
Juve are turning to Meira after receiving short shrift from AC Milan over enquiries for Daniele Bonera and Mario Yepes.
Meira will be reluctant to leave Zenit after winning a first Russian championship this season and the prospect of Champions League action next term.
