Juventus have identified a replacement for defender Stephane Lichtsteiner.
The Switzerland international is off contract in June and talks over a new deal are dragging on.
Sportmediaset says if Juve cannot reach agreement with Lichtsteiner, they'll dip into the local market to sign a replacement.
Atalanta fullback Davide Zappacosta, 22, is being watched closely by Juve as they consider him as a successor for Lichtsteiner.
Zappacosta joined Atalanta in the summer after three years with Avellino.
