Daniele Rugani is ready to sign a new contract with Juventus.

The defender resisted major interest from Chelsea over the summer and is set to be rewarded by Juve with a new deal.

TMW says Juve are tabling a five-year contract offer to Rugani worth €3.5m-a-season.

And there is a confidence the young centre-half will put pen to paper soon.

Last week, Rugani's agent Davide Torchia revealed: “Chelsea made a really big bid, which was close to being unthinkable for me, but Juventus didn't relent."
